Warranty Information
-
For five (5) years from the original date of purchase, Maison d’Aphelion warrants your timepiece against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting:
The watch case and its components
Crown, pushers, and other external functional components, where applicable
Hands, dial, indices, and other installed dial components
Watch crystal
Movement and its installed components
Factory-installed complications and functions
Defects in assembly attributable to the manufacturing process
If a covered defect is identified during the warranty period, Maison d’Aphelion will, at its discretion, repair the timepiece, replace the affected component, or, when repair is not reasonably possible, replace the timepiece with the same model or a comparable Maison d’Aphelion timepiece.
Covered warranty service will be performed without charge for parts or labor.
-
For Maison d’Aphelion quartz timepieces, battery replacement is complimentary during the five-year warranty period.
Normal battery depletion is not considered a manufacturing defect. However, should the original or a replacement battery reach the end of its service life during the warranty period, Maison d’Aphelion will replace the battery without charge.
When appropriate, the timepiece may also be inspected following battery replacement to help ensure proper operation.
Battery replacement performed by Maison d’Aphelion does not restart or extend the original five-year warranty period.
-
The Maison d’Aphelion Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, or use of the timepiece in a manner inconsistent with its specifications.
Examples of conditions not covered include:
Scratches, dents, chips, discoloration, or other cosmetic wear resulting from ordinary use
Damage caused by impact, crushing, dropping, or other accidental events
Damage caused by exposure to water beyond the stated water-resistance rating of the timepiece
Water intrusion resulting from an improperly secured crown or operation of controls while submerged, where applicable
Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, solvents, extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, or other conditions outside normal intended use
Theft or loss of the timepiece
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, alteration, opening, or servicing
Damage caused by the installation of non-Maison d’Aphelion components
Natural variations in stone, mineral, or other naturally derived materials
-
Leather, exotic leather, textile, and similar straps are wearable components whose appearance and condition naturally change with use and exposure.
Normal wear, creasing, patina, discoloration, staining, stretching, or deterioration of a strap through ordinary use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
However, defects in a strap that are determined to have resulted from materials or workmanship at the time of manufacture may be covered under this warranty.
Natural stone dials and other naturally derived components may exhibit variations in color, veining, pattern, texture, and appearance. These characteristics are inherent to the material and make each timepiece unique. Such natural variations are not considered defects.
-
Water resistance is rated according to the specifications of each individual Maison d’Aphelion timepiece and should not be interpreted as an indication that the watch is suitable for all forms of water exposure.
Water resistance may diminish over time as seals and gaskets age or as a result of impact, temperature changes, or servicing. Owners should observe the stated water-resistance rating and care instructions provided for their specific timepiece.
Damage resulting from use beyond the timepiece's stated water-resistance capabilities is not covered by this warranty.
-
Owners are encouraged to register their Maison d’Aphelion timepiece using the registration link provided with the watch.
To request warranty service, the owner may be asked to provide the timepiece's reference number, serial number, proof of purchase, and other information reasonably necessary to establish warranty eligibility.
The presence of a serial number that has been intentionally removed, altered, defaced, or rendered illegible may prevent Maison d’Aphelion from verifying warranty eligibility.

The five-year limited warranty follows the timepiece, not solely the original purchaser, provided that the watch's authenticity, serial number, original purchase date, and remaining warranty period can be verified by Maison d’Aphelion.
Transfer of ownership does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
-
This limited warranty provides specific contractual rights and does not replace or restrict any rights or remedies available to the owner under applicable consumer-protection law.
Where applicable law provides rights greater than those stated in this warranty, those rights remain unaffected.
