Maison d'Aphelion Unveils Its Philanthropic Collection with the Launch of Stella Maris and Altissima

Today marks an important milestone in the story of Maison d'Aphelion.
Since our founding, we have believed that luxury should be measured by more than craftsmanship alone. Beautiful objects should do beautiful things. Time should be used not only to celebrate life's greatest moments, but to help carry us through its hardest ones.
Today, that belief becomes a permanent part of our Maison.
We are proud to introduce La Maison de Soin—the philanthropic arm of Maison d'Aphelion.
Translated from French as "The House of Care," La Maison de Soin is dedicated to creating exceptional timepieces whose purpose extends beyond the wrist. Every watch in this collection is inspired by a real story, a real family, and a cause worthy of our collective attention.
We begin that journey with two watches.
Stella Maris
Inspired by someone deeply cherished by our Maison following a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, Stella Maris is a tribute to resilience, hope, and unwavering love.
Named after the Latin title Star of the Sea, the watch reminds us that even in life's darkest waters, there are lights that guide us safely home.
To honor the family's privacy, we will not publicly identify the individual who inspired this watch.
Born of a Teacher's Love.
Not every watch begins with a sketch.
Some begin with a phone call that changes everything.
As the new school year approached, one of my students received a diagnosis that no child should have to hear: multiple sclerosis. Like everyone who loved her, I wanted to do something—anything—that could remind her she wasn't facing the journey alone.
I'm a teacher.
I'm also a watch designer.
So I did the only thing I knew how to do.
I designed Stella Maris.
A Watch With a Purpose
Its name means "Star of the Sea."
Its colors tell a story.
Deep teal recalls the strength and mystery of the sea. Brilliant orange stands for Multiple Sclerosis awareness. Together they represent hope in the middle of uncertainty.
Every detail exists for a reason.
Every second it measures is a reminder that even life's hardest moments deserve beauty.
Unlike most watches, Stella Maris was never created to maximize profit.
It was created to maximize love.

Meaning Highest, Altissima honors those living with sickle cell disease and the families who walk beside them every day.
It celebrates the extraordinary strength required to face invisible battles while continuing to rise above them with courage and grace.
Like Stella Maris, Altissima exists to remind its wearer that no one should have to fight alone.
Rise Above.
Some mountains cannot be moved.
They must be climbed.
Altissima was created in honor of those who face sickle cell disease with extraordinary courage. Every day brings challenges most people will never see—pain that arrives without warning, uncertainty that cannot be scheduled, and a resilience that often goes unnoticed.
Yet they continue to rise.
That spirit became the inspiration for Altissima.
Its name, derived from the Italian word for "highest," reflects our belief that our circumstances do not define our potential. We are measured not by the obstacles before us, but by the strength we show in overcoming them.
